Parents create and manage the videos. We store your account email, your child’s first name, any pronunciation hint, age or detail you choose to provide, your selected template, and the generated video. No child’s photo is required.

Firebase provides sign-in, database storage, and private file storage. ElevenLabs processes the message text to generate narration. Vercel hosts the website, Stripe processes payments, and Resend sends delivery emails. These providers process data under their own service and retention terms.

Videos are private until you enable a share link. Anyone with that link can watch and save the video. You can turn sharing off in My videos. Turning a link off cannot remove copies someone has already downloaded.

You can delete your video and its personal details in My videos. This removes access immediately and queues deletion of the files and narration from our storage. We retain a minimal payment record for accounting. Details entered before checkout are saved in your browser for up to 24 hours and removed when the saved draft is next opened after expiry.

PostHog measures website usage. Personalization, video, account, and admin pages are excluded from session replay. Recorded pages include visible text and form values without masking. Share-link secrets are removed from analytics URLs. Google’s tag is also used for campaign measurement.
