Using Purplemagic

Purplemagic creates personalized illustrated videos with spoken narration. The Tooth Fairy speaks English; Ratón Pérez speaks Spanish. The examples show the format you are purchasing. These are recorded videos, not live conversations.

Purchases are for parents or guardians. Only provide details you have permission to share, and check the name and pronunciation before paying. Do not include sensitive information, harmful content, or information about another family without permission.

Each template shows its one-time price before checkout. There is no subscription. A confirmed payment starts one video order; automatic retries do not charge you again. Processing time is an estimate and may vary with demand or provider availability.

One correction for a mispronounced name or an incorrectly rendered detail is included. Request it from your video page. If generation fails after the available retries, we issue a full refund. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.

You may download your video for personal use and enable a share link for family. You can turn sharing off or delete the video in My videos. We may restrict abusive use of the service.
