Purple Magic RSVP is operated by Vala LLC. We store invitation details, artwork, host account information, and guest responses to provide invitations and RSVP management. Guests supply a name and email or phone as their RSVP identity. Guest contacts and notes are visible to the invitation’s host and authorized co-hosts; we do not use guest contacts for marketing.

When a host connects an assistant such as ChatGPT, authorized tools can share event details and artwork with that assistant. With RSVP read permission, they can also share guest names, attendance, headcounts, children and adult counts, dietary restrictions, and notes. Guest email addresses and phone numbers are omitted from assistant RSVP results. Only connect assistants you trust with this information. Access is limited to the approved permissions and invitations you own or co-host; you can revoke a connection in Account & assistants. The assistant provider processes information under its own privacy policy.

Invitation previews contain the details in their URL. Anyone you share that URL with can read those details. Active guest links are also accessible to anyone who has the link. Keep private or sensitive information out of invitation artwork and public notes.

Artwork is normalized, checked by Google’s Gemini service, and stored using Firebase Storage. Firebase also provides authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts the service. PostHog measures product usage and may record interactions, including visible text and form values without masking. Payment details are handled by Stripe.

We retain active invitation data to operate the service. Preview artwork expires under the seven-day Storage lifecycle policy. Uploaded account artwork and artwork copied to an invitation remain hosted until the associated asset, invitation, or account is deleted; they do not expire with previews. A weekly job removes drafts older than seven days when no checkout is pending. You can delete invitations and your account in the dashboard, and revoke assistant access in Account & assistants. Minimal payment records are retained for accounting. To request deletion of an invitation, guest response, or account, contact hello@purplemagic.ai from the associated email address. We may need to verify ownership before deleting information.

Agent problem reports are stored and may be forwarded to our internal Slack. Do not include guest contacts, credentials, or other private information in those reports.
